Lamb

Gartartan Farm Shop offers you quality, home bred, long hanging, Aberdeen Angus beef & grass fed lamb.

We breed and rear our own lamb. Our Suffolk and Texel cross lambs have great shape which produces prime quality lamb.

They are grass fed all year. Our lamb is also well hung for 1 week before butchering.

This produces meat with unbelievable flavour, texture and tenderness. It can be some quickly grilled chops or all the splendour of a roast leg of lamb, either way you can delight in tasting real quality.

All lamb is fresh and individually vacuum packed and labelled. Meat is packed in standard sizes (please see below) but we can supply any special requirements you may have. Also, if there is a cut that you do not see listed please ask – we will be happy to accommodate any requests.
