We breed and rear our own lamb. Our Suffolk and Texel cross lambs have great shape which produces prime quality lamb.
They are grass fed all year. Our lamb is also well hung for 1 week before butchering.
This produces meat with unbelievable flavour, texture and tenderness. It can be some quickly grilled chops or all the splendour of a roast leg of lamb, either way you can delight in tasting real quality.
